A couple friends are in a sketch writing class at UCB, and had this idea for a web series, OneFunnyMix.com. I wanted to help them out, but it wasn’t until I lost my job that I really got onboard. I shot, directed, edited, and did some graphics. I even had a friend of mine record original vocals for the “Dr. Menso” theme that I wrote, and layed them on top of each other. A friend got me the full version of CS4 through his work, and its my first time working with Adobe Premiere, After Effects and GarageBand. I spent more time on this than I probably should have, but honestly, I am so grateful to have this to work on instead of worry about not having a job. It’s really kept me sane, and I’ve learned a ton.
